A Storybook Inn Bed and Breakfast

A Storybook Inn lives up to its name a hundred times over. It is a special stroll back in time. It's where you put pause on the outside world. The care and leadership of proprietor Elise Buckley excels in all categories of hospitality and accommodating your every need. No bed & breakfast establishment in my experience have ever matched this custom breakfast fare. From the moment you sit in the conservatory, you are treated like a member of family. As for your personalized, storybook suite. . .well, it's like a dream you once had about visiting your grandparents. They were waiting for you downstairs and ensured that you didn't miss the treat waiting at your table.

This is our second stay in last two years. Tiffany and Elise are excellent hosts - thankful for the individual elevator due to our limited ability climbing stairs. Stayed in the Somewhere in Time suite this visit and Casablanca suite last visit. Since we are only three hours away we are considering coming yearly and taking one of the thoroughbred horse farm tours which are really great.

I’m almost at a loss for words to describe our experience at Storybrook Inn. Elise and her delightful team were the most attentive and welcoming people. The guesthouse was exquisitely decorated with luxurious furniture and bedding, yet comfortable and elegant. Thank you for a memorable experience! I’m sure we will see you again!

So, my wife booked the storybook for our valentines weekend getaway. I didn’t really want to stay in a bed and breakfast. I always thought I’d be uncomfortable. But I had a fantastic time here. I wanted a place where we would be comfortable spending downtime and the room and the common spaces hit the mark. I was amazed at how clean everything was. At one point I thought to myself that I could live here. The attention to detail is exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked the cottage for our six-person family vacation back to my hometown of Versailles. I had stayed at the Inn a couple of years ago and wanted to return again. The Inn is beautiful, and nothing is overlooked in providing for our comfort. The breakfast and afternoon cookies are wonderful. Best of all is the staff and owner.

This was our third stay at The Storybook Inn and there are a number of reasons. The Innkeeper Elise and her staff are always friendly, accommodating, and pay attentions to all the details. We have stayed in the Casablanca suite twice now and the Gone With The Wind once and have loved both. Last but not least by any means is the incredible breakfast each morning, We've never stayed at any other B&B that has been better. We love walking the grounds and the beauty of historic architecture. We will be back again sometime soon.

Absolutely beautiful - a Christmas wonderland. Our room was comfortable and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was incredible. The staff was warm and helpful willing to do anything to make our stay memorable. We could mot have had a better experience. You need to experience this place for yourself.

My husband and I fell in love with the Story book inn. The Gone with the Wind suite Was gorgeous and spacious. The staff went out of their way to make our visit special. Also, it was a pleasure to meet the owner and enjoy the delicious food she prepared. Everything about the story book inn far Exceeded our expectations. An extra bonus was hearing the staff and owner share their faith and love of God! We love visiting establishments that share their love for Christ. Having lost a precious son almost 2 years ago has Devastated us, but we still try to find times of happiness and peace as much as we can.
